24/7 Workshop

State of the art workshop which runs day and night shifts

Our 1600m2 workshop is fully equipped to maintain and service heavy vehicle fleets. Our entire fleet of trucks are checked for safety and roadworthiness  before they start each day, it's our way of giving us and our community peace of mind.

Our workshop is available for your heavy vehicle servicing requirements and all work is conducted by passionate and qualified professionals who show pride, attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Brake Testing

In-Ground Play Detector and Shaker Plates

Our in ground roller brake tester and play detector plates analyse service brakes, parking brakes and three types of emergency brakes. It also measures wheel weight, axle weight and total presented weight.

It has the capacity to measure light vehicles, body trucks and even b-doubles. The play detector will identify loose or failed wheel bearings, worn kingpins, and worn suspension parts.

Wash Down Facility

Keep your trucks weed and seed Compliant

Our complex is also home to a state of the art recycled wash down facility, allowing water to be recycled, complete with an oil separator and filtration system.

It boasts 4 high pressure hoses and 8 hose reels to keep trucks weed and seed compliant and clean. It is available for external use by prior arrangement.”

Tyre & Engineering Bays

The Hornery Service Centre has a bay dedicated for tyre changing and balancing services. As safety is priority, our people follow stringent plans and checks to ensure our drivers and those in the community are as safe as possible.

We also have onsite qualified Boilermakers and Welders who can fabricate and repair jobs as needed, minimising any down-time.
